I’m a software engineer focused on helping RV park acquisition teams move faster and make better decisions. I’ve built software and AI tools around lead generation, property research, underwriting support, deal analysis, and acquisition workflow, and I’m also comfortable getting on the phone with owners and brokers, building relationships, and setting appointments. What I really bring is leverage: I want to make the people around me better at what they already do and help turn a group of specialists into an effective acquisition team. My goal is ownership. I’m not looking to just be the technology guy or provide support from the sidelines. I want to materially contribute to sourcing, analyzing, organizing, and closing good opportunities and participate as an equity partner in the RV parks we acquire together.
